Beyzacases products are made to ensure satisfaction and service during the natural life of the product. It warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of One (1) year from the date of the purchase.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from product misuse, product neglect, product abuse, product tampering, product alterations and unauthorized product repairs. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover any consequential damage to a person or property other than the product purchased.

This guarantee will begin from the date the product is received and will only run for the same model originally purchased. To apply for this benefit you should contact Beyzacases Customer Care Department. Just send an e-mail to info@beyza-cases.com to become acquainted with the specific details. An order number and an invoice must legitimate the Beyzacases product purchase.

Beyzacases warrants the product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of One (1) year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser.

Exclusions And Limitations


This warranty does not apply: 1. to damage, including but not limited to scratches, tears, and broken parts; 2. to damage caused by use with non-BeyzaCases products; 3. to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; 4. to damage caused by alteration, service or Unauthorized repairs.

Except as provided in this warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyzacases is not responsible for direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to loss of use; loss of revenue; loss of actual or anticipated profits (including loss of profits on contracts); loss of the use of money; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of goodwill; loss of reputation; loss of, damage to or corruption of data; or any indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever caused including the replacement of equipment and property, any costs of recovering, reproducing any model or used with the Beyzacases product.

The foregoing limitation shall not apply to death or personal injury claims, or any statutory liability for intentional and gross negligent acts and/or missions.

Returns
You may return items within 30 days starting from the purchase day for a full refund minus the shipping, handling, gift packaging, or other charges.

1. Please send us an e-mail regarding your return reason and write a brief explanation about that reason and send it to info@beyza-cases.com.
2. Please wait for the response from Beyzacases customer service and follow the steps that sent you by the customer service representative.
3. Please accompany the returned merchandise by proof of purchase. All documents you have received should send back to us including all the material and accessories you have received.
4. For your security, ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking such as TNT Express, DHL Express or UPS.

Refund Policy
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase as soon as possible upon our receipt of your returned product. If a Gift Certificate was used, the refund amount will be applied as your original payment. If a Gift Certificate was not used it can be refunded within the 30 days starting from the purchase day. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded if the problem grew of a customer misuse. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.

In case of delivery errors, all products to be returned or exchanged must be sent to Beyzacases in their original packaging.
To be accepted, an exchange or return must be notified beforehand to our Customer Service department.
